With the city of Toronto returning to lockdown, the highest response level for the C19 pandemic, all non-essential services have been asked to cease operations.

What does this mean for Toronto Tool Library?

During April 2021, and for the duration of lockdown, the library will operate during adjusted hours, offering tool pickup and drop-off at 192 Spadina Ave. Admittance is by buzzing in. See below for details.

We have a wide variety of tools available for you to borrow in our inventory. Search for anything you need for your renovation or project.

"Get a membership here if you need to rent tools. Such a better price than anywhere else and it supports the sharing economy. For example a tool i needed was $40 a day at the big-box store, but here was just $5 for 3 days. I'm going to upgrade my membership this week as I have some projects next month but for a regular membership you can't find a better deal with such a great selection. Worth every penny."
